This provides your pet with:

NB: Discounts are NOT included on any service sourced OFF the premises eg.private cremation, external laboratory fees, out of hours treatment at another practice.
For an additional charge of £1.50 per month, Accidental Injury Cover can be included in your Plan. This covers treatment of accidental injuries up to a cost of £2500 per incident (subject to £75 excess). Total claims in a 12 month period may not exceed £5000. The cover if for treatment by our own vets however if our practice is closed when treatment is needed or you and your pet are away from home (anywhere in the UK), then cover is extended to include the nearest available vet. Speak to a staff member for more specific information regarding this cover.
To sign up for GOLD CARE simply call in to reception. You will be asked to fill out a form to set up a direct debit. Staff will be happy to answer any of your queries regarding the Plan.
