SHARON URQUHART RVN
HEAD VETERINARY NURSE
Our Head Nurse and VN Clinical Coach, Sharon has been at Ivybank for many years. She went through the VN training when there was much less paper-work and a bit more hands-on practical training. But now, as a supervisor and coach of student VNs, she has a mountain of paperwork to cope with. In spite of all this she appears to be a very calm and relaxed person, no matter what chaos daily practice life may bring. Her hobbies include walking her Springer Spaniel, Molly and riding her horse, Drum.
LYNDSEY CIARCIÀ RVN
Lyndsey qualified in 2003 and specialises in the nursing care of our exotic patients. She is also our resident yoga teacher and many of the staff members benefit from her classes where she helps them cope with the stresses of working in a busy vet practice.
KIRSTEN CLARK RVN
Kirsten joined our nursing team in May 2017 having been a trainee nurse with us for the past few years and recently passing her final exams with flying colours. We are delighted to welcome her back as a fully qualified member of our excellent nursing team.
VIKKI HARVEY RVN
VIkki qualified from Napier University with an Honours degree in Veterinary Nursing in 2013. She has a particular interest in medical nursing and is pursuing further training and qualifications in this area.
CASSIE INNES RVN
Cassie completed her nursing training through Ivybank in early the early 2000s and has worked with us since. She has an interest in helping people whose pets have behavioural problems and has a handsome white cat named Sydney who has a penchant for filching sausages off the barbeque! Since becoming a mum to a gorgeous little boy, Cassie works part time at our West Kilbride clinic and outside of work enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.
ZOE TAIT RVN
Zoe joined our nursing team in Spring 2016
YVONNE WALLACE SVN
STUDENT VETERINARY NURSE
Yvonne formerly worked as an Animal Care Assistant/Receptionist at our Irvine and Kilwinning surgeries but we haven't put her off working with animals (and us!) too much as she is now undertaking her Veterinary Nurse Training.
